HG5-89-1 top-opening discharge valve
I. Introduction:
The top-entry discharge valves are widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, and food processing. Discharge valves have various operation modes, such as manual, pneumatic (spring return type, double-acting type, with handwheel and without handwheel), electric, hydraulic, and gear-driven. The discharge valve is easy to operate, opens freely, moves flexibly and reliably. The disc is simple to assemble and maintain, the sealing structure is reasonable, and the replacement of the sealing ring is convenient and practical. The discharge valve is mainly used for bottom discharge of reactors, storage tanks and other containers. By welding the bottom flange of the valve to the bottom of the storage tank and other equipment, the residual phenomenon of process medium at the outlet of the container is eliminated. According to actual needs, the bottom discharge structure is designed as a flat bottom, the valve body is V-shaped, and two working modes of lifting and lowering discs are provided.
II. Applicable Medium and Temperature:
(1) Applicable media include water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, benzene (the temperature range for WCB material is -29℃ to 425℃).
(2) Applicable media include particles, oil, pulp, carbon dioxide gas (the temperature range for stainless steel material is -60℃ to 232℃).
(3) It is strictly prohibited to use fluorine ion-containing liquids (such as HF), as well as strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature less than 150℃, concentration >30%).
(4) The general working temperature of stainless steel is ≤150℃, and the pressure range is 0.6-2.5MPA. If it exceeds this specification, it shall be stated when placing an order.
III. Corrosion Resistance Description:
(1) Polytetrafluoroethylene has excellent adhesion to metals, average tensile properties, and is resistant to dilute acids, concentrated acids, etc.
(4) The general working temperature of stainless steel is -5℃ to 225℃, and the pressure range is 0.6-1.6MPA. If it exceeds this specification, it shall be stated when placing an order.
